EPA Appeals have now closed. Thank you to those who submitted an appeal.

The EPA has release it’s conditional approval for the construction of the Southern Alignment of the Bunbury Outer Ring Road. The public can appeal that decision by submitting an appeal to the Appeals Convenor by November 15th 2021.
